Macaroni and cheese is the only reason we're okay with the fact that summer doesn't last forever. It's just not as fun to eat hot, melted cheese and pasta when it's 90 degrees outside. And we really hate it when something gets in between us and our mac 'n cheese, even if that something offers the promise of warmth, sunshine and beach time.
