The Beginners Guide To Launching Info Products Online

How To Launch Info Products OnlineAt one point or another in every Internet Marketer?s career comes the thought of creating information products.

All of the gurus out there who seem to be making fortunes are all launching information products right? Well yes and no.

It?s true that almost every Internet Marketing expert and guru launches their own information products, and they do make a small fortune.

But most people are completely oblivious to just how much work goes into launching a successful info product. Now really there are 2 info product business models.

The first is launching product after product after product. The actual launch process of an Internet Marketing product is great fun. You come up with an idea, create it, setup all the funnels, have people write your copy and setup the sales pages. You then gather JV?s and on launch day thousands of sales can come rushing in.

These kind of launches are usually done on the Warrior Forum or Clickbank. The ones where they launch ? make a ton of money and then repeat the process. I honestly don?t think it?s the most ethical or even most lucrative strategy.

A lot of marketers have launch fever and enjoy the launch process and the money that comes with it. They usually dump the products after launch week and start over with a new idea. All the money is made in the first week, anything after that is a bonus.

The other model is to create an excellent product, do the whole launch process ? but don?t toss it in the trash after. Instead launch it, and keep promoting it making more & more improvements as you go.

Then there?s one other strategy which I think is best. Having 1-3 high-end products or membership sites that cost $50-$100/month. Keeping those high end products and constantly improving them.

But instead of just promoting them directly with strategy 2 ? you use strategy 1 to promote them. Basically just launching lots of little products that sell a few hundred or thousand copies each and then promoting your high end products on the back end.

So let?s say you have a membership sites that teaches general Internet Marketing and it costs $100/month to join. In order to make $5000/month you need 50 active members ? let?s use that as a goal. Promoting the membership site directly would be difficult as it?s not easy to get strangers to commit to $100/month especially when they don?t already trust you.

However if someone has already bought a low cost product from you and trust is established first ? the chances of them joining are greatly increased.

So the first thing to do would be to create your membership site. A membership site should have A LOT of content if you?re charging $100/month. You can charge less or more depending on your niche and experience ? but $100/month is a good example.

Your membership site should consist of training in the form of PDF?s, videos and audios. You should also have weekly or monthly webinars. On top of that, you can giveaway services and add to the content of the membership site every week.

But this isn?t a guide to creating membership sites ? we only want to use it as an example for just how easy it can be to build a $5000+/month income with info products. So we?ll leave it at that.

Once it?s ready, you should create a follow-up email series for your low-end product customers. The emails series should just give away some content, build rapport and ultimately promote your membership site. The whole strategy is to create 1+ high-end product like a $100/month membership site and then launch lots of low-end products to gain high end customers (it?s the best way to make a full time income launching info products online).

Next you would work on the low-end products. The low-end product launches aren?t exactly easy to do.
