Teaser Week is like trying a spoon full of all the different ice cream flavours before committing to a whole cone of your favourite.
From September 10th to the 16th, Laurier Athletics and Recreation is hosting its Teaser Week, which allows you to attend free Group Fitness and Cyclefit classes. The week gives you the opportunity to get a taste of the amazing classes that are offered through Laurier Recreation. Classes are taught by enthusiastic instructors who care about your fitness just as much as you do.
